1. License Grant

Enzyme Technologies LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GrooveDNA on up to three (3) computers that you own.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or transfer the Software.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Software remain with Enzyme Technologies LLC.

4. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

5. Limitation of Liability

Enzyme Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
