If any Enzyme Technologies product doesn't meet your needs, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Eligibility
Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase date. After 14 days, all sales are final.
No Questions Asked
We don't require explanation for refund requests. If the software doesn't work for you, that's reason enough.
Evaluation Before Purchase
All Enzyme Technologies products available for 60-day evaluation with full functionality. We encourage thorough testing before purchasing. Evaluation versions have no functional limitations during the 60-day period.
Refund Process
- Email us at refunds@enzymetech.io from email used for purchase
- Include order details: Order number (from Paddle receipt), purchase date, and purchase email
- We'll process refund within 2-3 business days
- Refund appears in your account within 5-10 business days depending on payment method
What We Need
- Order number or receipt from Paddle
- Email address used for purchase
- Confirmation that you're requesting a refund (no explanation needed)
After Refund
Once we process your refund:
- License key deactivated
- You can no longer use the product
- Uninstall software from your systems
- You'll receive confirmation email when refund is processed
Refund Method
Refunds issued to original payment method. Credit card refunds go back to that card. PayPal refunds go back to PayPal account.
Processing time depends on bank or payment provider, typically 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Exceptions
After 14 Days
Refunds not available after 14-day window. We provide 60-day evaluation with full functionality so you can determine if software meets your needs before purchasing.
Multiple Purchases
If you've purchased multiple licenses (for studio or team), each license has its own 14-day refund window from purchase date.
Chargebacks
If you initiate chargeback with bank instead of requesting refund, your license will be immediately terminated. We honor our refund policy—please use it instead of forcing a chargeback.

Problems with Software
Experiencing technical issues? Email support@enzymetech.io before requesting refund. We can often resolve technical problems quickly.
Compatibility
All Enzyme Technologies products require macOS 10.13+ or Windows 10+, VST3/AU formats. If software doesn't work in your environment, you're eligible for full refund within 14-day window.
Upgrades and Updates
Version Upgrades
If you purchase upgrade to new major version (e.g., 1.x to 2.0), upgrade purchase has its own 14-day refund window. We'll refund upgrade cost, and you can continue using previous version.
Updates Within Version
Minor updates and bug fixes within major version (e.g., 1.0 to 1.1) are free. Refund eligibility based on original purchase date.
