Summary: Enzyme Technologies software is not free. Download and evaluate fully for 60 days with no limitations. To continue using beyond evaluation, purchase a license. One license covers all your machines. No restrictive DRM. Don't redistribute software or license keys.
License Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using any Enzyme Technologies product, you agree to these terms.
Evaluation Period
All products include a 60-day evaluation period with full functionality. The evaluation version is identical to the licensed version.
License Grant
Upon purchasing a license, you receive:
- Right to use software on all computers you own or control
- Right to use software on any operating system (macOS, Windows)
- Right to use software for commercial or personal projects
- Lifetime access to the version purchased
- Free updates for your major version
License Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, distribute, or transfer license keys to others
- Redistribute the software or make it available for download
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove or modify copyright notices or license validation
- Use a single license for organizational deployment (contact us for multi-user licensing)
Ownership
Enzyme Technologies LLC retains all intellectual property rights. Your license grants usage rights but doesn't transfer ownership.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing
grooveDNA: $79 USD per license. One-time payment, no recurring charges or subscriptions.
Payment Processing
Payments processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment methods, currencies, and tax calculations. Receipts come from Paddle.
Taxes
Prices exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, or local taxes, calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery and Activation
License Delivery
License keys sent to email provided. Delivery typically immediate, may take up to 24 hours.
Activation
License activation performed offline on your machine. No ongoing internet connection or "phone home" validation required. Once activated, software works offline indefinitely. Activate on all your machines using the same license key.

Lost license key? Email support@enzymetech.io from purchase email address for resend.
Updates and Support
Updates
License includes free updates for major version (e.g., all 1.x releases). Major version upgrades (e.g., 2.0) may require paid upgrade. Upgrade pricing announced in advance.
Support
Email support at support@enzymetech.io. We respond to technical questions and bug reports. Support provided on best-effort basis.
System Requirements
macOS 10.13+ or Windows 10+. VST3 and AU formats. 64-bit only.

Warranties and Liability
Disclaimer
Software provided "as is" without warranties. We don't warrant error-free, uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
Enzyme Technologies LLC not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amount paid for license.
Content and Usage
Commercial Use
Use software in commercial productions. Content created with software is yours to use, sell, or license. No royalties or attribution required.
Termination
License effective until terminated. Rights terminate automatically if you violate terms. Upon termination, cease using and delete all copies.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Changes won't affect licenses already purchased. Significant changes announced via email or website.
Governing Law
Terms governed by laws of the United States and state where Enzyme Technologies LLC is registered.
